Talks & Workshops

I deliver various types of talks, workshops and courses to community groups, clubs, schools and other groups. My talks are all delivered in a fun, interactive manner, now via webinar, and range from 1-2 hours to a half/full day or a series of talks spread over time. The main topics I cover include:

  • My journey to health
  • My top tips for healthy living
  • What is “healthy eating” and how to do it
  • Cutting down on sugar
  • How to have more energy
  • How to lose weight well – why ‘going on a diet’ doesn’t work or last
  • My top tips for looking after your mental health
  • Digital Detoxing – cutting down on your smartphone/technology
