What You’ll Need:
- Glass of water or milk
- Handful of spinach
- Small frozen banana
- ½ avocado
- Tablespoon cocoa or cacao powder
- Dribble of honey (if necessary)
How It’s Done:
- Put everything in the blender and blitz!!
