I was first turned off artificial sweeteners before I ever studied nutrition. When I first started taking steps to improve my anxiety and overall mental health, I attended a talk by two local clinical psychologists who strongly advised against eating artificial sweeteners, particularly Aspartame (found in many diet soft drinks, cordials, flavoured yoghurts…). Read A Book
For many people, reading a book is something we only do when we’re on holiday! This is because reading and getting lost in a book helps you to de-stress and relax.
