Eat Pecan Nuts!
Cos like all nuts they are full of good fat (for a healthy brain and heart), protein (to help your body grow and repair) and fibre (for a healthy gut). And of all the nuts, pecans have the highest amount of disease fighting anti-oxidants! Pecans are also a great source of Manganese which is essential for strong bones.
- On their own as a snack or paired with fruit or dark chocolate
- On top of yoghurt or a tossed through a salad
- In home-made granola, energy bars or on top of baked goods
