Eat Green Beans!
Whether you call them green beans, fine beans, string beans or squeaky beans (yes, squeaky beans!), these wonderful vegetables are packed full of vitamins, including Vitamin A (for good eyesight and beautiful skin) and Folic Acid (for normal cell growth).
- Any way you like really!
- They’re great on their own (or maybe with some oil and seasoning) as an accompaniment to any dish
- Throw them into curries, stir frys, pasta dishes…
- Most can be eaten raw in salad or dipped into hummus
