Eat Broccoli

Eat Broccoli!

  WHY?  

Because there’s a very good reason why most people would put broccoli at the top of the list of the world’s healthiest foods! These “little trees” are an absolute nutritional powerhouse, packed full of lots of good stuff, including fibre (for healthy bowels), Vitamin C (for a strong immune system) and Vitamin K (for healthy blood and bones)

  HOW?  

  • Broccoli is best when lightly steamed, which helps it retain its goodness
  • It’s great on the side of any dinner dish, or add it into curries or stir frys
  • It is especially good with pesto or cheesy pasta dishes!
  • Broccoli can also be eaten raw, so add it to salads too
