Eat Almonds

By Lisa Dunbar | Blog | 0 comment | 1 January, 2019 | 1

Eat Almonds!

  WHY?

Because they are one of the best sources of Vitamin E which we need for strong immunity, a healthy brain and heart and to help fight the signs of aging! Who wouldn’t want that?! They are also high in fat, the ‘good’ kind, fibre and protein which helps keep you fuller for longer so you will have less cravings!

  HOW?

  • A handful on their own as a snack or on top of yoghurt, porridge, cereal, salad
  • Use them in home-made granola bars, granola, muesli
  • Buy or make your own almond butter
  • Use ground almonds instead of flour in baking

Let me know how you like your almonds!
