Having previously worked in an office environment for 9 years, where I allowed my health to deteriorate, I know the challenges faced by busy staff in achieving a healthy diet and lifestyle and dealing with inevitable stress. I used diet and lifestyle changes to recover from my own health challenges, and now as a Nutrition and Health Coach I motivate, educate and inspire employees to live a healthier life with my various Workplace Wellness talks and programmes.
Given the challenges presented by the recent coronavirus pandemic, it has become more important than ever for employers to promote wellbeing and to support their people as they navigate their new reality and adapt to altered workplaces and/or working from home.
My fun, engaging Workplace Wellness talks, now delivered via webinar, cover a variety of topics and can be delivered as a once-off talk or a full longer-term programme.
