Over the last few years, I’ve finally learned how to listen to my body. I understand that there are things it needs. I’ve adopted a very ‘common sense’ approach to food and health and made gradual changes to my diet and lifestyle. I now feel better than I ever knew was possible! I want to help you do the same.
As a Nutrition and Health Coach my approach is not about putting you “on a diet” or giving you a strict plan to follow. Instead, I will teach you about healthy eating in general, what it means, how to nourish your body, why it’s important, what the big gaps are in your current diet, how that’s affecting you, where and how you can make positive changes to your diet and lifestyle, all taking into account your likes/dislikes, habits, lifestyle and goals.
I will make recommendations that are tailored to YOU so you can make simple, but meaningful, lasting changes to your diet and lifestyle and go on to thrive like you’re supposed to!
