Eat Sugar Snap Peas

Eat Sugar Snap Peas!

  WHY?  

Because they are green and we could all do with more green on our plates! Sugar snap peas are also a great source of Vitamin C (for strong immunity), Iron (for healthy blood and good energy levels) and Vitamin K (for healthy bones).

  HOW?

  • Raw, on their own or dipped in hummus or guacamole
  • Added raw to a salad
  • Sauteed or steamed and added as a healthy green side dish to any dinner
  • Thrown into curries, stir frys and pasta dishes
