Eat Pumpkin Seeds!
Because seeds are not just for the birds! As well as containing fibre, healthy fat and protein, pumpkin seeds are an especially good source of magnesium (for healthy nerves, muscles and relaxation) and manganese (for strong bones).
- Sprinkle them on yoghurt, salad, porridge, cereal, soup
- Add them to home-made granola, granola bars and muesli
- Roast them in a little oil and seasoning and eat as a snack
- Blitz them in a food processor to make pumpkin seed butter
