Because when life gives you lemons, you should eat them! The biggest benefit of lemons is that they are high in Vitamin C, that little old vitamin that is so important for a strong immune system. Lemon juice is also excellent at helping our body do it’s job of flushing out unwanted materials…toxins BE GONE!
- You know the way I always say you should eat whole fruits…well maybe not with bitter, sour, lemons, ok?!
- Add a slice or a squeeze of lemon to cold or warm water for a refreshing, detoxing drink!
- Add lemon juice to salads, salad dressings or your green veg
- Just try not to overdo it with the lemons – they are highly acidic, which can start to wear away your tooth enamel!
