Eat Kiwi Fruit!
Named after the kiwi bird because they are both small, brown and furry (aww, cute!), this vibrant, tangy fruit is full of fibre to keep your bowels healthy. It is also extremely high in immunity-boosting Vitamin C, much more than lemons and oranges!
- On its own as a snack! (The furry skin is actually edible…but I think I‘ll pass!)
- Added to fruit salads or smoothies
- Combined with natural or greek yoghurt
