72 million tons of grapes are grown annually worldwide, mostly for wine production – those are NOT the grapes I’m talking about! Fresh grapes are full of fibre (for healthy bowels) and lots of vitamins and minerals, including potassium and copper which both help to keep your heart and blood pressure healthy.
- As a refreshing snack on their own, either fresh or frozen
- Halve them and add them to regular salads (lovely with chicken) or fruit salads
- Throw some into a smoothie
