- Grate or chop some fresh ginger into stir frys, curries, etc
- Make ginger tea by slicing an inch of fresh ginger into a cup and adding boiling water (add lemon and honey too for an effective cold remedy!)
- Grate fresh ginger or use powdered ginger in baking – it is especially good in banana bread and biscuits!
