Like everything, good or bad, basil is something to be eaten in moderation! Use a little to add some flavour to dishes. It’s great in pesto or tomato sauces or chopped into a salad
Combine it with tomato and mozzarella in a salad or on bread
Add some basil and cucumber to water for a refreshing drink!
